Step
1 - Setting the Parameters
In close co-operation with our
clients, we analyze the key areas of
their business to gain thorough understanding of the
requirements. We prepare a detailed job description and
candidate profile defining the executive profile and the
assignment's objectives and specifications. Including
details
about the job responsibilities, compensation package and
reporting relationships. After this information is obtained
a search
plan can be developed.
Once a search strategy is agreed upon,
MPCI will build its search
around a detailed description of the desired candidate,
based on
skills, qualifications, experience and personal qualities.
Then, we begin to target potential
candidates in the competition.
We use our proprietary database and our extensive network
of
contacts to identify likely sources for eligible candidates.
By maintaining a constant market and key personnel awareness,
we have the knowledge and expertise to locate the right
potential
candidates and then to swiftly initiate an approach.
The average
time frame to conduct an initial, thorough search is
between one
to six weeks.
Step 2 - The Interview Process-
Screening and Filtering
Next, we conduct thorough, in-depth
preliminary interviews with
the identified candidates. We determine whether the candidate
has the optimum background, personality, motivation and
skill
set to successfully fulfill the requirements. At this
stage,
references will be authenticated and qualifications validated
as
necessary.
A shortlist of candidates is
then presented to the Client.
A comprehensive report accompanies each candidate, detailing
academic achievements, work experience record, third
party
comments and MPCI recommendations regarding their suitability
for the position. On average, this stage of the process
is one to
four weeks in duration.
Step 3- Co-ordinate Client-Candidate
Interviews
Once the candidates are identified
and short listed, arrangements
for interviews will be made. We will undertake any negotiations
that are requested by either party and will at all times
act in their
best interests.
Following the confirmation of a candidate,
we will follow up with
both the candidate and the Client to ensure that the
completion
of the recruitment process is a smooth one. Our search
process
is designed in such way to ensure that we have the best
possible
chance of successfully concluding the assignments that
we
accept.
Along the way, we also accept
client feedback as being an
important part of each stage of the recruitment process.
